Yummy! I used fat free soy milk and a splash of almond extract. Will definitely make this again!

My 5 year old made this for breakfast for everyone (along with the candied bacon from the show and he is pleased as punch with himself. The oatmeal is thick, rich and decadent, and I think the recipe makes way more than 4 servings because a little goes a long way.

Fantastic! I used cranberries instead of raisins, added more salt and spices. Served with butter, a little half and half and maple syrup. Pepitas were the real kicker! Keep 'em coming, Aarti!

Out of this world delicious! I eat oatmeal all the time, and I am SO glad Aarti came up with this recipe. It's easy and so delicious. I'll bump up the spice next time, just because of a personal preference. But this is a 10 star recipe!

This was hearty, healthy and delicious. A great stick-to-your-ribs breakfast for a snowy morning. I made the recipe exactly as written but made only half the recipe and it still made 4 good helpings. I drizzled in the maple syrup at the end. A definite make again meal.

At first I tasted it out of the pot and I thought...bland. But the key is the TOPPINGS. I added some cream, honey and seeds and it was fantastic! Really rich and creamy, almost too good for breakfast.

I was just going to write a review for the omelet recipe you shared during the same show, but this pumpkin oatmeal was fantastic! The amazing blend of pumpkin, almond, and oatmeal flavors was unexpectedly complimentary. I made this a gluten free meal by adding gluten free oats and shared this with friends for dinner...image their surprise when I served breakfast at 8...P.M.!! Everybody raved about the flavor and texture of the meal, as well as the fact that they thought this would make a great dessert! The kids thought it was a treat to have something THIS good as their supper. Thanks, Aarti...another winner.
