    Very nice, served over brown rice for an easy meal. I do not recommend low fat feta as it does not melt as nice, I have just learned.

    So easy and tasty! The carrots were my favorite! Being a vegetarian it was so great to have an entire show of recipes I could eat. I added spinach to mine at the end just for some added iron.

    "For heaven's sake ...lighten up!" Her recipes are amazing and I can't wait to try them all.... especially the vegetarian options. I am glad for her show and think her laughter is infectious ... it makes me smile. Keep up the good work.
