I made this to go with dinner - we had a whole, large head of cauliflower and it will make maybe 3 servings it was so good :- Every time I would walk past the kitchen afterwards, I would snag another piece off the tray... I didn't do the yogurt dip (no time tonight, but expect that would be delicious as well.

Very tasty! Don't be afraid to look for the mango powder (amchur/amchoor powder It can be found in many Indian grocery stores or those labeled as Asian. It really adds a wonderful notes of sweetness to the dish. After roasting the cauliflower using the recipe above, I continued on by using the leftovers in a cauliflower soup. Delicious!

Finally got the mango powder. Roasted cauliflower was so sweet, with the limey yogurt...perfect pairing. Definitely make it again. Thank you Aarti!

Very easy and very tasty. Used ½ of the sauce/spice mixture and used ½ head cauliflower and some okra. The lime yogurt sauce was sweetened with a few drops of agave. Used half grape oil and half Smart Balance for the oil. Not having the dried mango, I substituted one soaked tamarind pod for that ingredient. Will make again.

We loved this recipe! Didn't have the dried mango power, but otherwise followed the recipe. The cauliflower was lovely and carmelized from roasting, and the yogurt lime sauce was a wonderful counterpoint. This is a wonderful use of cauliflower!

This is a good side dish, but very mild. The yogurt sauce is really what makes it. I took me adding the juice of half a lime before it tasted like lime to me. You'll be glad it makes way more than you need, so you can dip other things in it!

Just so delicious! This is the only way I'm cooking cauliflower from now on. Period. Side note: yogurt dip is also delicious with boiled artichoke leaves. Yummm.
