Another winner from Aarti! This is so easy and so delicious! And I love the paneer recipe. Love using the lemon instead of vinegar. Husband loves this too, have to use an extra serrano for him too but it is so good!

Love this recipe, love Aarti! I never try to make recipes after watching a cooking show, but I was totally inspired after watching The Big Cheese episode. My kids had a blast making the cheese with me and we all loved the dish. I loved mixing it with Brown Basmati rice and then spooning on bites of Naan. So yummy!

This was excellent! I grew up on Indian food, and I used to hate saag, but this was fantastic. My picky 7 year old ate it up, too!

I liked it a lot, but I think it needs a little extra kick or spice to it. I added 3 serranos unseeded but I felt like maybe just a little more. Maybe some indian chili powder? I still liked the taste a lot. Thanks!

Wow Aarti! I've never made Indian food before, but I can say that I'm going to make it more often. This recipe is absolutely delicious! The marinade for the paneer is a nice touch. It as also very easy to follow, so thank you for that. My husband and I watch your show religiously and we love it. Thank you again!!

Aarti--this is absolutely fantastic! A million times better than what I've had at even the best restaurants. Thank you, thank you!

Yummy! Even better than in a restaurant - much less greasy. Thanks, Aarti!

Thanks Aarti this recipe made me so proud of myself! My first homemade Indian recipe and it was DELICIOUS, just like what I get at my favorite Indian restaurant. The paneer made me nervous but was really easy and turned out great. I will definitely be trying another Aarti recipe!!

Delicious, and so easy. Thanks, Aarti, for making it seem possible. The paneer really was as simple as you showed in the demo and I am so glad to have a new veg main course in my repertoire .

I am so thankful for Aarti and her recipes. Ever since I tried my first recipe of her's (Sloppy Bombay Joes I have been experimenting more and more. Today I made the cheese in the morning and then the rest for dinner. Came out wonderful. Didn't use the serrano though, and found that it was plenty hot enough for me and my husband without it. Really easy and good! Considerig that before Aarti was in our lives, it was a battle to get my husband to eat anything that wasn't meat and potatoes, so this is a great victory!
