I want to try this - but Aarti, I really liked your box of Indian spices. Will that be on sale from food Network? If not, what were the spices that you had in that box? What a great idea. To keep my indian spices in its own box. I want one!!!!
thanks. Kathy

So excited about your show!!! I was "pulling" for you all along as I want to learn about/how to make Indian food. The dishes you made today sound wonderful and I'm definitely going to try them. I love that you are blending American and Indian foods, but also would like to see strictly Indian cooking. Hope you bring that to future shows. Good job FN for bringing this great cook to us. Thanks Aarti!!!

Loved the show - Aarti blew me away. Made me laugh out loud watching. Feel like Indian cuisine is not such a stretch from things I already enjoy. Trying the recipes tonight! And I learned a few things as well. Excellent show.

For those of you questioning why so many reviews before the show..they were posted for Sunday on the Recipes for TV last week. I read them last Monday. You just have to fast forward the calendar to which day you want to look at the recipes. But please prepare the recipe and then give a review!!!

Loved it! I don't care how many pots and dishes I have to use, I'm going to try everything she fixed. Even though we didn't see her wash her hands but once, doesn't mean she didn't. I just know that when I cook, I wash my hands. Keep giving us receipes Aarti. Thanks!

I printed out the Sloppy Bombay Joes and the Kale/Mango Salad and can't wait to try them both!!! I am a big Aarti fan and have already set my DVR to record every show of hers! I love how personable she is and how her food and recipes are different from everything else that is out there. I am relatively new to Indian cooking and want to expand my repetoire. I am very very excited she won the show.

We would rather have the regular Iindian food versus this infusion type stuff. I also, think it is real gutsey to be thanking people ahead for this making this show the #1 show watched.....There are other chefs on Food Network that are just beyond wonderful!!!!!!!. We also used to watch Food Network alot and these days it seems its less and less. What a shame

Love her and how she presents herself. Love the show. Have never had indian food but I will make her recipe for Sloppy Joes tonight for supper. I think the food network judges made the right choice. I will continue to watch her and make her recipes.
