All you people out there that give poor ratings need to actually make the recipe before commenting. It is just annoying.

There are different time lines, so the shows don't air at the same time everywhere. People stick to reviewing the recipes and keep personal comments to yourselves. if you don't like a show or a chef then don't watch them. I realized that I too am guilty of posting a non review, but this seems to recurring thing on food network and I am a but disgusted

Congratulations Aarti!!! You were clearly the best and deserved to win. Can't wait to try these recipes. They look delicious, and what a nice change to have indian inspired recipes on the foodnetwork.

I thought her first show was wonderful. My daughters will be coming next week and we were all rooting for Arti on the Net Food Network show. We have decided to have an Aarti party and make the sloppy joes. I just hope that I can find the Garam Masala.
If not can you tell us what is in it or how to make it ourselves.
Great Job Arti, I look forward to more of your shows.

Loved the show and will definetly make the Joe's and the kale. I was pulling for Aarti from the begining. She is bright, beautiful and I could listen to her talk all day long! Excellent addition to the Food Network line up. Good Luck Aarti!

This recipe is a keeper! I used fresh chopped tomatoes from my garden instead of tomato sauce, which I think is too salty, and ground beef. My husband and I had great fun getting the pistachios ready - you know, one for the bowl, two for me, one for the bowl, three for me...
But, people, why can't those with sour grapes about the selection of Aarti contain their displeasure for another section? This section is for RECIPE REVIEWS. If you haven't tried the recipe, keep your comments to yourself. And Alain, the premise of this is NOT professional chefs but real people who want real food, good ideas, and to learn techniques. If you are "dumbed down" here at Food Network, take your attitude to Epicurious.

YEAH Aarti- we are so excited that you won. I am going to go to the store and get ready to make this and the kale salad tonight. You were great on your first show! (I never write on blogs... but I may just start. I can't wait to try the Kale salad from the show- I just planted some in my yard and am looking for new salad ideas. Thnaks! I am rating this for the show - I cook enough Indian food to know that this is just brilliant... how fun to add an Indian flare to old favorites.

Just finished watching your show. You are so adorable. I grew up with alot of indian spices and can't wait to try them in different foods. Thank you and all the best. We love you:

I am so inspired. I know, I know...don't make a comment until you have tasted it...but for heaven's sake- this is going to be mythical. One question: where do we find these spices and can we order them from Food Network? The first show was magic!
