I have learned so much from your show, and I cook all the time. Loved learning about "blooming" spices, and I can't wait to make this dish. You are so awesome, Aarti. It's refreshing to have a new show with this kind of twist on the Food Network.

obviously, you two are jealous of her success. why else would you take the time to shoot down her recipe? first of all, this isn't even the place to do that. you are supposed to review her recipe and yeah, IT'S AMAZING. aarti is absolutely delightful. she's nice and makes great food. perhaps, if you watched the show and yes it's on right now by the way. you'd learn how to cook better. alain, it's embarrassing to think that you are from around where i live. both of you should reassess your lives and try to find out where your insecurity is coming from. i hope you two find yourselves.

Just watching you and I have not cooked any of your recipe's yet. I've not this excited sense BIG DADDY aired. You if the Nielsen ratings box was in my house you would always be on. You are so gracious, down to earth, who would not want you to win. Is this going to be your time slot want to know so I can schedule my day?

This was an interesting twist on something I dont even bother making in its American version. I think most viewers are probably watching the show hoping for someone who will demystify Indian cooking with all of its exotic spices and flavors. Aarti seems like the one who could do it but why offer these 'fusion' recipes that only take you half way there? I'd rather get a simple easy to understand recipe to actually make chicken tikka masala! That being said, I love her calm relaxed manner, light years away from her FN star persona. I'll definitely keep watching but please offer us more than Indian twists on American dishes. Now I just wonder how soon before we start seeing stupid comments from the cleavage police wanting to arrest Aarti for showing too much bosom. God forbid!
Hopefully they are still busy over in Giada's forums.

What a delight Aarti is and a definite asset to food network. Last year's winner, in my opinion, is a bomb but this year what a pleasure. Different way to cook and an even greater pleasure to listen to someone with a command of the English language.

I'm so glad Aarti won! Her cooking is so different from all of the other chefs/cooks on Food Network. I made these sloppy joes because I'm a huge fan of Tikka Masala and LOVED them! They are fun and different and easy to make.

how do you have 11 reviews and the show hasn't even aired yet?? I have no idea how this tastes but how do these other people unless they are family or staff?
