This was so tasty! I also made the Kheema from the same episode with it, and they were SOOOO good!

Oh my gosh! So yum! This was a really easy, super simple dish to make! I made it for lunch and it was great! Thanks, Aarti! Love your food and love all the things you have taught me!

This was SO delicious! Who knew that a little turmeric - and honey of all things - would make yellow squash taste so heavenly. I left off the olive oil and just dry-fried it and it worked great. I also was out of nuts so it was just the squash, the turmeric butter and the honey, but it was SO good. You HAVE to try it. I mean, now. Go get some yellow squash! GO!

I'm not a big fan of hazelnuts, so I used walnuts instead and it was just great. The turmeric was subtle, but it definitely made the difference. Just wonderful!

I made this and it was good but I think I messed it up. By the time I got it blackened and finished the dish it got soggy. The flavor was good though and it isn't Aarti's fault I screwed it up. I made it with a reciped I found on line called Indian Spiced Shrimp. They were really good together.

I LOVE Aarti! She is so sweet! I am not a cilantro fan or a mint fan so I don't make a ton of her dishes but I never miss her show.

There is a lot of flavor here. As someone who has never liked squash since childhood, cooking this recipe was certainly a feat in the first place. I have loved Aarti's recipes ever since I discovered them and have used them quite often, so I thought I would try her squash recipe. This was easy to cook and an absolute delight to taste. The hazelnuts really make the difference here and the seasoning really brings out the squash's flavors. Perfect.
