Yum Yum Yum! I added a little more chile because we like it hot. But OMG the sauce is amazing! FYI, I cooked them on the grill outside on skewers. My oven broiler isn't really that great but frankly I think it made them even better. We also only use organic free range chicken breasts. Perfection!

I made this last night for a dinner party. It was AMAZING!! Everyone had different pallettes, but it was loved by all! I used chicken breasts and skinless thighs. It was quite a bit of work, but well worth it. The leftovers were just as tasty the next day and friends came back to eat them. I love the idea of making the spices and giving as gifts with the recipe.

This recipe is awesome. I threw in more cardamom as we like it and used a different kind of chile mixed with some paprika. It was delicious!

We bought all the ingredients and prepared it to the letter and the recipe was not very flavorful. Kind of bland. Maybe we made a mistake in measuring but I doubt it. It was not very flavorful. I was surprised at all the high ratings given our experience. Maybe I will try it again.

This was fantastic. I used all of the fresh spices except I could not get the Fenugreek seeds at Penzey's so I used ground. We grilled this on an outdoor grill along with some Naan.
Served with her recipe for Aloo Gobi (easy and delicious and a fun variation of Alton's Waldorf Salad using yogurt in place of mayo and 1/2 an English cucumber for one apple.

This is going into the rotation for sure. Use the fresh spices if you can find them. The flavor they bring is unreal. I found the cardamom pods (only green, no black and fenugreek in the bulk section at Sunflower Market and paid $0.48 and $0.13 for them, respectively.

Fantastic tandoori chicken - tastes like the real thing. I put the marinade on the night before and let it sit in the frig. I didn't leave any for sauce as I had extra chicken. We are making it again tomorrow for family in town.

The sauce was amazing! I served it over some basmati rice with cartimum pods. Next time I will try skinless breasts instead of thighs to cut down on the fat. I may also cut back the oil just a bit. All in all an amazing recipe!!
