    I had to use turnip instead of celeriac but it was great. But the dressing in this salad is the real winner!

    This is now my new favorite recipe for dressing. I love it on lettuce as well. Aarti is a delight to watch and I am happy she won.

    we made this salad, and fell inlove with it! I am making it again this sunday to accompany a pulled pork sandwich, I loved the whole combination of the celery root, apple, spinach and the dressing was to die for! I brought some over to my neighbor's house later that evening and they devoured it! the only change I am going to make is to shred the apple as well as the celery root, I did not care for those huge slices of apple. great job aarti.

    Loved this salad. I am not very adventurous in salads but this was wonderful and easy! The only thing was that I bought a large celery root (had to go to a farmers market to get one and it was way too much celery root. I would have liked Aarti to specify about how many cups of the grated root to use.

    I am going to have to experiment with the amounts of root but I will be sure to make this again.
