I stumbled onto the end of the first show and I'm glad I did. The chicken and salad are definitely recipes I will try, that is the best comment I can make about a Food Network show, if I immediately download the recipes. Keep it up.

Congratulations Aarti, I personally think that Aarti Party is a great name for your show.

Mainly because I couldn't find good celery root at the store. I should have gotten a bunch of regular celery, at least for the flavor, but I geeked out and just got the spinach and the apple.

The dressing is what makes this salad. I went hog-wild with the garlic and added three cloves, but my husband loves his garlic. The flavor of the pistachio blends so nicely with the lemon and garlic. It would be a good dressing for any salad with a little fruit in it.

I saved a small bowl of it for myself for later and my husband went and gobbled it up. He NEVER eats leftover salad! That's how good it is.

Arti, Congrats on being the Next Foddnetwork Star. Great job! I have a suggestion. Why not name your show Arti's Party? It has a better ring to it. This is just a suggestion. No disrespect intended. Good luck to you!
