Loved this...I tweeked it a little bit...I added a little extra mayo, salt and I like it spicy so, I added about a teaspoon of chopped jalapeno to the coleslaw. I didn't have the adobo seasoning so, I just sprinkled my shrimp with Old Bay before grilling. I also added some mexican cheese and sweet chili sauce to the taco. It was awesome!!

Great idea. I didn't have the chipotle seasoning suggested so I used one I found at the store. Used my own guacamole recipe with it and it was fantastice. Cole slaw was ok but the crispiness it contributed to the taco made it great!

I don't know how this recipe got more than 1 star if you made the coleslaw. It was horribly inedible. I made it exactly as instructed and it really was the worst thing I have ever tasted, all you could taste was overpowering lime and cilantro.

Excellent Slaw!!!!! Sorry, but didn't get to make the shrimp tacos; instead I made fish tacos with Tilapia and used Luis' BBQ cole slaw... OMG!! Absoulutely delicious. (I too, used the McCormick BBQ seasoning. My husband hates cole slaw, but after eating this version, now he craves fish tacos with this BBQ cole slaw. Thanks, Luis!!!

I do not like a lot of spicy things, so we didn't put the adobo sauce. They were still amazing! We loved them and will make them again. Have already forward this recipe to some friends and family. Its very easy and inexpensive to make! I highly recommend it! I agree, give Luis his own show!! He has the personality for it, and after trying this recipe, I would love to try more!

The adobo is too salty for this dish. Eliminate the adobo altogether. We rate our new dishes we try from 1-10. This is not a keeper at -0-. Adobo made shrimp too, too salty.

This is my husbands favorite coleslaw! I used BBQ seasonings- just McCormick sweet and smoky rub. Super easy and popular at parties!
