Where do you get Chef Bruno's seasonings?. His website Brunoeclectic doesn't seem to work.

These tacos are AWESOME!! I grilled the shrimp instead of deep frying. Before grilling, I added a little olive oil to the shrimp and seasoned with the adobo seaosoning. I highly recommend purchasing the spices on Luis Bruno's website....they are great!!!

My family loves fish/shrimp tacos. This was a nice change to the ones I usually make with a mango salsa. Loved the lime! Didn't have his spice but at Publix I found McCormick Grill Mates "Barbecue" and Konriko Chipotle seasonings. Mixed them together and Viola! Will make again. BTW I too would love to see this guy have a show on FN!

With a title like "Adobo shrimp tacos with smoked bbq chipotle coleslaw", you know it has to be good, but it's also so supprisingly easy. I didn't use the seasonings that were recomended, and next time I'm going to buy about 10 more shrimp because I had about that many's worth of coleslaw left. I also only used about 1/2 the flour mixture and they were fully coated. If you are in question, TRY IT!!! The mess is small, and the result is beautiful but even more deicious. All the pre-made seasonings and coleslaw is super helpful. Save some cilantro and a couple slices of lime for garnish as well. This is Amazing!

Apparently you can only order Luis Bruno's special seasonings on his website. Mine's ordered and on it's way. Anyway, I used McCormick's Mesquite and added a teaspoon of brown sugar with it for the slaw. For the shrimp, I made a paste of veggie oil, a tablespoon of the Mesquite seasonings and a teaspoon of brown sugar and let it marinate for about half an hour in the fridge. Cooked the shrimp in a pan and made a burrito out of the shrimp and cole slaw. Absolutely LOVED this recipe. Might have to order his cookbook too...

The chipotle cole slaw was excellent except I could not find Bruno's chipotle seasoning at my local Ralph's here in Southern California so instead I picked up a can of chipotle chiles and used some of the juice in the recipe with great results. My dinner guest does not like shrimp so I used catfish that was rubbed with seasonings and deep fried in panko breading....out of this world!! It was easy and very tasty.

I couldn't find Bruno's Chipolte Seasoning, so I sent my husband to store and found a couple of spices, "Weber" Smokey Mesquite; "Weber" Sweet'N Tangy BBQ and added a little cumin. I also had to Honey to the cole slaw because it really had a sour taste. Otherwise, loved the ingredients and my family loved it.
