Ingredients
  • 4 cups ahi, minced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Hawaiian salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions

Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients mix well then chill.
