Ingredients
  • 4 cups ahi, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, minced
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons white truffle oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sambal olek
  • Hawaiian salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients, mix well then chill.
