My family and friends LOVE this recipe. The only thing that we do is hold back a bit on the cilantro. We still use fresh, but just not as much. Otherwise it is great as is.

Didn't like this at all. After blending the dressing ingredients in the blender, it was just a thick green mush. Looked nothing like the picture. Didn't taste good either. The salad ingredients are fine, but needs a very different dressing.

This is an amazing salad!! I've made it so many times for parties and each time it's a crowd pleaser! Who would have ever thought these random ingredients would taste so good?! Honestly, it's the dressing that gives it a kick!

This salad went fast! I used frozen corn and did not place the dressing ingredients in a blender. I just chopped the cilantro, added it to the salad and mixed the oil, salt and pepper over the salad.

LOVE it. Simple to make and best if made a day ahead! Travels well and people rave. What's not to love?

I grill my corn for extra taste also add a can of rinsed black beans. Leave out the mozzarella cheese add a Mexican cheese and green onions/peppers for a different taste. Granddaughter loves it with black olives sliced in it.

You can do a lot to change this to whatever you are fixing for the main meal.

I wasn't sure what I was going to think of this recipe after some of the negative comments, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is pretty delicious. I cut the oil in half as others suggested, and I "deconstructed" the dressing - added each ingredient to the salad instead of making the dressing just because I didn't want to pull out the food processor. I also made sure to use plenty of salt and firm avocados, again per previous comments. It was really really good.

We make this salad every summer!! The flavors go really well together! We do grill the corn for extra flavor.

This recipe is a crowd pleaser at any summer BBQ. The dressing was a bit bland, so I reduced the oil a bit and added honey to taste and it was so delicious!!! I also recommend grilling the corn for extra flavor.
