This was super easy and fast. Very yummy. The picture must have been taken before the dressing was added. Will definitely make this again!

I served this salad at a dinner party and everyone LOVED it! It's, light, fresh, healthy, and delish! The dressing was so easy and tasted fancy : I found small fresh mozzarella balls called 'Perline'(small mozzarella balls between the size of a grape and pea that worked perfectly instead of cubing the cheese. I recommend this recipe to anyone who wants to bring something fresh to the table.

Tasty. I was a little iffy on the combination of ingredients but I made it exactly as it is written and took it to a potluck recently and OMG, it was a HUGE success. I gave the recipe to like 5 people that night. I'm adding this one to the regular rotation.

Made this last night for a group of 15 and it was a huge hit. I didn't use any oil, just lime juice, there was no need for the oil. Based on other's reviews, I skipped the Motzarella cheese and used Queso Fresco....awesome. Its a mexican crumbling cheese that was just perfect in this. Have already forwarded this to 3 people. I did a mix of both yellow & white corn. Loved it. Wished there would have been some left over!

i dont understand why some thought this salad was bland...this recipe was very flavorful the lime and cilantro made it full of flavor... i used all different colors of tomatoes to add more color to the dish.... this was amazing!!!!!

Bland, corn should be grilled, thought it would be a hit based on the mostly positive reviews, had 98% of it left over.
