    I have been making this salad for a couple of years and it never disappoints! People are constantly asking for the recipe. I recently served it over quinoa to stretch it out for a large crowd and it worked great. Some reviewers like the corn roasted or grilled, I prefer it raw off the cob. The fresher the corn, the better it will be.

    Yummy! Family gives it 5 stars! As per the commentary, the seasoning is important, so add salt and pepper to taste.

    Soooooooo Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will be a BBQ staple from now on. I BBQ the corn, which made it very flavorful. I only used about half of the dressing. It didn't seem to need all of it. Very flavorful and so easy to make. A definite keeper!

    This was a nice, fresh salad. I recommend grilling or roasting the corn -- it really adds a lot of flavor. I only used about 1/2 the oil called for in the recipe - didn't affect flavor or consistency. Salt and pepper do make a difference, so be sure to season the salad!

    I halved the recipe and made it for a lunch. It was really good. I can echo the salt and pepper comment, the seasoning made all the difference. Also, don't use too ripe avocados because they get mushy. I added so scallions because I needed to use some up. Would definitely make this again!
