I halved the recipe and made it for a lunch. It was really good. I can echo the salt and pepper comment, the seasoning made all the difference. Also, don't use too ripe avocados because they get mushy. I added so scallions because I needed to use some up. Would definitely make this again!

It was beautiful, and pretty good. The only thing I would change is to either eliminate the cheese because the Mozzarella just doesn't seem to go very well, or change the cheese to something not as soft-Feta or Manchego maybe?

Great little salad with amazingly fresh taste. I roasted my corn over an open flame for some extra flavor. Big hit, absolutely love this salad!!

I had this with a turkey burger. Great combination except for the dressing. I think I would have been happy with something lighter or nothing but maybe a little lemon juice. Great! highly recommend on a hot day for a side or simple snack.

I made this dish because it sounded easy (it is refreshing (yep! and delicious (also true. The prep took no time at all, and it's easy to modify. Don't like corn? Try green peppers for the crunch. I've also made it for a quick lunch but eliminated the cilantro because I didn't have any on hand and it was still excellent. It is a nice spin on a salad and very light and tasty.

This was an absolutely fantastic salad! I put the corn on the grill which give it extra flavor, but I really don't think it was necessary. I will be making this again very soon.

I served this salad for a dinner and all my guests raved about it. An exploision of flavor and a contemporary update to the bland dinner salad. Has become a staple in my home.

all i have to say to those of you who found this bland is USE SALT AND PEPPER!! every ingredient in this amazing salad blossoms with seasoning. so please use it!

we loved this salad. i used the perlini mozzarella because i was short on time and didn't feel like chopping anything i didn't have to. i also reduced the amount of olive oil by half. everything else was exact to the recipe and it had my family swooning. amazing. the perfect summer salad. i am looking forward to bringing it to potlucks, and to trying it with tortilla chips. thanks so much!
