AWESOME!!! Everyone at the table loved it. Took the advice of some of the reviews and broiled the last 5 min of the cooking time. Perfect crispness on the bacon. Thanks Aida for this recipe.

Turned our great! I used Trader Joe's sweet chicken sausage. It gave it a little kick but not too much.

My family generally is not thrilled with meat loaf. However, they really like this. I substitute 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger w/ 1/2 pound of the bratworst instead of having all pork and use ritz crackers instead of saltine. The pork makes it plenty salty. jI don't use bacon on top. I put a ketchup, mustard and brown sugar sauce drizzled over the top. Delicious!!!

Absolutely LOVE this meal! My husband usually hates meatloaf, but he loved it and actually had two servings! Used sweet Italian sausage instead of bratwurst and used Ritz crackers instead of Saltines. Definitely will be making this again....awesome, awesome, awesome!

Yummy and different. One important tip she didn't mention is, you need to cook a small piece in a pan on the stove top, before baking the whole loaf, to test for salt/spices. Otherwise you will have baked a whole meatloaf for nothing. Very important step!!!!

I really, REALLY wanted to love this, but it was just okay. Very bland, even though I added more garlic and herbs to this. I liked the texture, but the flavor was seriously lacking. My husband and daughter agreed that my usual meatloaf recipe is much better, so I won't be making this one again. I'm hoping I can doctor up the leftovers enough to make them yummy, because there is a LOT left over.

This was horrible. We ate it once because I had made it for dinner. We threw out the rest. There is nothing I would change to improve it.

This recipe was amazing! Everyone enjoyed it, even my children. We are a family of four, so I wouldn't be making it without a few extra dinner guests, though. :D
