This burger wins the prize for flavor bursts. The pickled onions against the salty bacon and the spinach burger ... mmmmmm.

I LOVE the spinach in the burger... it was soo good and moist! My husband agreed it was easily the best. All the different "layers" worked awesome together. Thanks Aida!

I loves anything with vegetables in it and so when I saw Aida on the television making that burger I knew I was going to love it. I made it for my husband, Ron and son, Shawnpaul and they cannot stop talking about it. I made a few more for Labor Day and added a little Jamaican Jerk season to it; boy oh boy, they were even better than before with just a touch of hot spice to it. Since we are not suppose to eat too much red meat I am going to use turkey instead.
Thank you Aida, the pickle onions were great also, I used the say recipe and make pickle okra without the sugar.

I would have to say that am not a burger person, I have not eaten a burger in about 15 years. But my dad Ron spoke about this burger saying this was the best burger he had ever tasted. I called my mother Janice who made it and ask her where did she get this recipe, I should have know from the food network ( my favorite show. I made this recipe and I have to agree with my dad this is the best burger ever.....everything was so wonderful.....thanks Aida.....cheers to the best burger ever.

Love the sneaky addition of spinach. Roasted bacon in the oven just because it's less messy that way. Mmm, mmm, mmm. Awesome job Aida! I also love the girl burger!!!
