This is great! I have made two substitutions, 1 chicken breast instead of thighs and 2 sweet potatoes instead of russet. Staple meal in our household.

I thought this was very tasty. My husband and I are going low carb, so we omitted the potatoes, reduced the salt and I only added enough chicken stock to cover the chicken. It had great flavor and we will definitely eat again. If I was eating carbs, I think I would prefer it with couscous vs potatoes.

i just made this tonite for dinner it was amazing i gotta say i made it a little different first of all i used chicken breast because were not really into the dark meat so i did the same thing as u would if u used the thigh i just rubbed the paprika salt n pepper that i tweeked dew to the smaller amount od chicken that i used and i made some rice on the side i no that tha sounds crazy becauseof the potatoes that are already in there but i added a little cyanne pepper and even a small drop of saracha hot sause so i figured i might need the rice to sock up some of the heat and spice and i gotta say i was rite i deff needed it but it was delish and cant wait to make it again

It was good. Chicken was very moist and potato's were good. I did however get the measurments for seasoning mixed, so it could have had more paprika bu otherwise good.

Made this last night (but saw the recipe months ago and wanted to try it and it was completely worth the wait. SO GOOD! Next time I might use a little less salt as others have mentioned, but it was still amazing! Thanks Aida!

I have to wonder if the amount of salt listed is a mistake. Too salty, and I wish I would have read the other reviews first as I see that is already noted. My bad!

I wanted to make this so bad, it looked so good while you were making it. My complaints are it was too salty so need to cut back on that, potatoes didnt absorb it all. And didnt like the thigh meat in this dish, seemed kinda rubbery and didnt like the texture. I am going to toss it cause Im sure hubby will hate it, and tto salty for me. But love you Aida, Im sure yours was good.

This was so easy to make! I do think perhaps there might have been an error in the proportions though as there was WAY TOO MUCH salt, and I like things salty. I will make it again and cut the salt way down. I also took the skin off the thighs before cooking and would do that again. Overall the dish is going into my recipe folder.

I'll make this again for sure. It was so easy and the best part was that my picky son liked this recipe too.
You definitely only need 1 tbsp or 1 tsp of salt. Thankfully I did not follow the recipe amount. Also, used low sodium broth and used Ore Ida frozen home fry potatoes instead. That really cut down the prep time, as well.
