Delicious, healthy and easy to make. Can't ask for a better recipe.

Yummy! We will make this again next year. The whole wheat bread was easy to find, but we couldn't find dried apples so we used fresh. Also subsituted craisins for the dried cherries. The only thing we wondered about is if we should have toasted the bread cubes in advance.

The only reason I gave this a four instead of a five..is because it had to be tweeked. I could not find unsliced wheat bread, so I used whole wheat burger buns. I let them sit out for a day before I diced them. Other than adding more apple juice and chicken broth, it was wonderful. As my husband said.....it takes dressing to another level.
