This recipe was EXCELLENT!!! I have to echo some of the other reviews and state that the measurements don't yeild enough sauce, so I doubled the recipe. I would even triple it, so that there is some gravy left over. I loved the spiciness and this was so easy to make.
Also added red peppers for color.

If following this recipe, I would recommend using only 1 tsp of cornstarch, so that the sauce is not too thick.

Good recipe and I would keep the pan on the stove then heat the meat, the way it is written you don't get a chance to reheat the meat and it was cold. I only added 1 T of Sambal Oelek and it was spicy, from the start I knew 2 T was too much. The GREAT thing when you cook at home is that you can adjust just about anything!

Is there a specific chili garlic paste to use? I just mixed 1 T of the Sambal and 3 garlic cloves.

All in all it was very good!

Simple, tasty. Simply tasty. I followed the recipe but you could easily stir fry any veggies you have on hand.

Used Top Round steak and added red bell peppers and thinly sliced carrots, came out amazingly delicious. Like others said, I'll double the sauce next time. This is definitely a go to dish for quick supper.

This recipe is so simple and became a fast family favorite. I add more vegetables, shrimp and red pepper flakes for an extra kick.

This was delicious and very "takeout authentic." I doubled the sauce as some suggested but put too much cornstarch in. The sauce was still wonderful, but harder to lick off the plates because it stuck. :0 I used shrimp rather than beef but will try it with beef. Good stuff!

Great recipe where you can sub different veg. I use Sirracha Sauce which is kinda warm ( but do-able at 2 Tbsps. It's definitely a go-to recipe for a stir fry.

This is fabulous!! I always double the sauce since I add extra veggies each time. Always julienned sweet red pepper and matchstick carrots, this is so easy to add things to - again just fabulous with just the right amount of heat!
