Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 11 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Place cream, water, cocoa powder, corn syrup, and salt in a small saucepan and mix to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking frequently, mixture is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chocolate, almond butter, and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Serve warm.

I added a tsp. of espresso powered dissolved in 1t. hot water to bring out the chocolate. This is so good and easy to serve over ice cream. It was a huge hit with the kids and adults! You could add a little Kahlua or other liquor if you wanted to. This is a keeper!

Just watched the episode and wanted to say,she did not use corn syrup only honey,and she used all natural almond butter.I haven't made this yet,but I can't wait to try it.
