Very easy and quick to make, but expected a lot more flavor. If I make it again, I'll be looking to add some spices (not sure what, but. As is, not worth wasting a pork tenderloin on it.

This was a very good and quick recipe. The only thing I added was a little ginger.

I usually ove Aida's recipes. This one was just okay, good not great not bad.

I've made this recipe with pork and also with chicken thighs. It was delicious both ways.

I didn't have any sherry, or hoisin sauce, so I made hoisin sauce with peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, whatever else was in the recipe, and EXTRA honey to make up for the sweetness she wanted in the dish from the sherry I didn't have. I didn't have any garnishes either. But this is a genius recipe. Ever since I made this, from now on, when I want to eat something good, I don't order Chinese or pizza or whatever anymore, but I make an Aida dish instead!!

It was easy and elegant for a Sunday dinner. Next time we will double the sauce for the rice. Sunomono it great with it too.

I followed the advice of past reviewers and cooked the green beans a little more before adding. This was a mistake - they came out overcooked and soagy. Unless you prefer your greenbeans overcooked, I recommend following the original recipe. Overall, this was a good quick dinner, but I thought the hoisin sauce by itself was a little too sweet.

I made this dish after seeing Aida prepare it on TV. It turned out fantastic, and I didn't make any alterations to her recipe at all. My husband loved it, too and he's a tough critic.

Thanks, Aida, we will make this again and it was easy!
