    After cooking the meal I realized that it called for dry white wine ( listed in the ingredients , which I purchased just for this dish and then it was not included in the directions for prearing it !! ODD.........maybe that would have helped with enhancing the flavor?? Will try another chefs recipe next time.

    I made this for dinner tonight. Fresh mahi mahi wasn't available so I used frozen. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I have to say, I will definitely make this dinner again and again. It's fast, easy and just delicious. Thank you Aida!

    I was in such a rush the night I fixed them and my hisband and I both LOVED them even though they took no time to fix. Aida is fast becoming one of my very favorites.I love it when I can trust a chef enough to always give me a good recipe and Aida certainly does that.

    I made these for dinner tonight and they were in-freaking-credible. Cooked the fish while my pumpkin soup was cooking.

    I assembled mine with fish (used tilapia because that's what I had on hand, black beans, pickled jalapeno, green onions and cilantro. It was as though we were in a restuaurant. Thanks Aida! Hubby liked them too.

    I used swordfish for this recipe because mahi mahi was unavailable. It was delicious and very quick & easy.
