This was the most unusual pizza I have ever made/tasted. I must admit, I was very hesitant at first about the fried egg but my hubby wanted to try it so I indulged him. I am so glad I did! It was such an unexpected surprise! We are actually making it again tonight for Valentine's dinner. This time we are going to use even more mushrooms (used only one package first time-using 2 this time and we are using 2 fried eggs. We could not locate Cremini mushrooms so we used baby bellas instead which i found to be a great substitute. Give this a try! I don't think you will be disappointed! :

This pizza was amazing and the egg is a must. I first tried Ellie's pizza with the egg and became a believer and so is my husband and my dad and they are very picky and not big fans of things without meat. But this pizza is very good and easy but you should still have some good ol' tomato sauce to dip it in and WOW!

Made this pizza as I love vege style pizzas. Very good and easy. Did not do the fried egg. It is very good without it. Would make it again

I made the pizza without the egg because my husband thought that seemed a little to odd. My husband is a meat eater so to offer what he would call a fancy pizza with no meat was risky but he LOVED it! Mine actually looked as pretty as it did on the show, and it was very tasty! I would make this again maybe for a party because it was pretty easy to do, but very impressive!
