These were fantastic. I baked them in mini muffin tin so they did not tip over.

Great recipe, perfect for parties and for my two year old son to munch on, since they are so small

Made these for a Party and they were great! I loved the idea of the recipe and will play around with the filling next time. The Chorizo was good, but I think the recipe would be just as good with spicy taco meat!! Fun party idea that I will use again!

Everyone I've made these for loves them. I've used small youkon gold potatoes as well as the red. Everyone asks for the recipe or for me to make again and I love the original recipe. I put the scooped potatoe and leftover chorizo in a baking dish and top with cheese, freeze and have it another time. I bake and top with sliced green onions and serve with sour cream. I've also served the leftovers for breakfast with huevos rancheros. So good!

I made these for our Super Bowl party and everyone loved them. A little labor intensive but not bad. I agree with one of the other reviewers that you could fill these with anything. Although I liked these, the chorizo was a little too greasy for me. Next time I think I'll try ground beef and spice it up with some chipotle and chili.

My boyfriend and i do dinner and drinks at a friends house every tuesday, and we rotate who cooks. This was our turn to cook and we wanted to do fajitas. and i need an appetizer to go with. i saw these and thought id give it a try. i am by no means a expert on cooking, if anything im barely learning. This was the first thing i really have done on my own, with help from my boyfriend of course :. anyway they were SO good! and easy! and kinda fun! like scoping out the potatoes! lol and everyone loved them and were totally like "WOW, good job!" super awesome! totally gonna make them again! like for parties for sure! make sure u get really teeny tiny potatoes! i dont know what they r called but they come in a little bag and they are really really small!

I have made these in so many different ways. The possibilities are endless. Italian sausage/Mozzarella with tomato sauce. Breakfast sausage with brown gravy. Seasoned hamburger with cheddar. I can go on forever. It's a great recipe. Have fun with it and go wild.

I have made this recipe twice and both times the platter was licked clean! This is a little labor intensive, but worth it! note: you will need twice the chorizo it calls for.

These were voted best app. at the party. Very very delicious and great flavor with few ingredients. Would be perfect for a superbowl party.
