- Ice cream, your choice
- Pecan Bars
- Whipped cream
- Toasted Coconut and Orange Icebox Cookies and Vanilla Cherry Chocolate Cookies
- Flavorings, optional - toasted coconut, sprinkles, chopped nuts, chopped chocolate
Directions
Pecan Pie Sundae: Scoop some ice cream into a bowl and crumble a Pecan Bar over the top and dollop with some whipped cream.
Ice Cream Sandos: Make a sandwich with 2 cookies around 1 scoop of softened coffee, vanilla, chocolate, or mint ice cream. Roll the edges of the ice cream sandwiches in toasted coconut, sprinkles, chopped nuts or chopped chocolate, if desired.
