This recipe is great. I also used this marinade/rub with chicken. Very tasty.

I tried this recipe to try something new. I followed the ingredient measurements as listed. However, it came out a bit salty. I suggest to use only "1 tablespoon of salt", instead of 2. Otherwise, this is a tasty dish to make if you feel like grilling.

I made this the first time without checking the ingredient list carefully. I bought a sirloin roast instead of sirloin steak and thought it would work. It didn't. Much too tough. Tried it again using sirloin steak and it came out great. Nice subtle onion and garlic flavors in the meat. I served it with pita bread and tzatziki sauce to make it like a gyro on steroids. Very tasty.
