We have a lot of chicken, usually with a spicy rub, which we like a lot. But we tire of the same approach and have been experimenting for awhile. This was the first alternative that was at least as good. It was very easy and very flavorful. We'll definitely do it plenty more!

I saw Aida make this twice in the past week, so I couldn't not make it....or atleast my version....lol....I modified the recipe for one breast & boy was it tasty. I'm definitely looking forward to making the whole chicken next time....kudos Aida! This was my 1st of your recipes. I will be trying some more :

I saw her prepare this dish and decided to make it the same day. The chicken was easy to prepare (after buying some kitchen shears! and had a great flavor. I threw some carrots, onions and potatoes in the bottom of the pan to cook along with the chicken. Yummy!
