This is a basic recipe but having never cooked w/ chorizo before I found this to be a great starter. Now I have a better understanding of the texture of the chorizo and can incorporate in my recipes. BTW I served mine in corn tortillas w/ cheese and hot sauce and a dab of sour cream. My boyfriend loved it! And so did the dog, LOL!

Loved it, I substituted the chorizo for soy chorizo and it was still amazingly yummy. I can eat this everyday for breakfast.

Add some cheese and roll this up in a warm tortilla for an egg-cellent breakfast burrito. Good recipe to try chorizo if you have never used it before!

How complicated can this be? A cooking TV show "teaching"you how to mix scramble eggs with chorizo? Seriously????...Nothing special with this recipe. In general, her recipes are extremely bland and nothing great, or inspiring at all. I don't think her "recipes" are appropriate for any kind of TV cooking show.

If you can find ground chorizo rather than chorizo tightly packed in casing, it works best.
