Great flavor. I used fingerlings and left them whole.

Very simple and at the same time just different enough to really add to the meal. I also added a half cup of bacon. You can't go wrong with bacon.

I tried this recipe tonight. love love love the flavor. However, mine turned out more like mashed pots. rather than smashed pots. I don't know if I overcooked the pots or over mashed. BUT, I will try again. I know it was an error on the cook's part not the recipe. ;-

These potatoes are so easy to make, yet they look fancier than mashed and the crispy outside coupled with the chives and salt make them AMAZING! I could eat the whole pot and not share!

My husband loves this recipe and it is so much easier and healthier than standard mashed potatoes. This dish has become a staple at house.

This was a great recipe! I loved the crispy pieces! I served with sour cream on the side. It was delicious.

We made this for our Christmas dinner. It was so simple and easy to make. Made getting on the dinner less stressful. We are adding it to our collection.

I followed the recipe exactly, and these potatoes turned out delicious! I love the "smashed" concept instead of "mashed". Much less work, leaving more time to eat!

Used the "Gourmet Baby Potatoes" (yukon gold, and they turned out very well. Easy recipe, wonderful with roasted chicken. Love the slight crust you get after lightly smashing the individual potatoes.
