You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, largely diced
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Coconut shavings, for garnish

Directions

Blend the mango, ice, rum, lime juice, coconut cream and sugar in a blender, and process until smooth. Garnish with coconut shavings.

    this recipe reminds me of my tropical Island Puerto Rico. So this summer is Mango & Coconut Daiquiri for me and my guest.

    I've been making this for about 2 years since I found it here. It's my favorite summer drink. It comes out like a smoothie. Very easy to make. Try adding papaya or pineapple as well.
