Tasty? Yes. Easy to prepare? Yes. Just make sure you stick to a splash of club soda.

Delicious! It tastes just like the mojito I had in a restaurant last month. I add a pineapple ring to make it a little sweeter, but it's really good without it, too!

We've tried free mojito recipes from other online sources. This is the best. I actually used 20 mint leaves (they were small. I placed them in the shaker first, then gently used a muddler on them. I also used the same ice cubes from the shaker in the collins glasses. Why? Because they were covered with sugar and lime juice! Then I used the muddled leaves for garnish. Everything else in the recipe I kept the same.

You could really get away with half the sugar, but otherwise it is good... make sure to break up the mint leaves or mash them with a fork. I also used Mint flavored sparkling mineral water for the soda! It is great!

the key to a GREAT mojito (and what is missing w/ this recipe is to muddle the mint leaves with the limes. this releases the mint oil.
