    If you follow this to the Tee it turns out to be better than most restaurant Mojito's. However, the very best EVER is at Cafeteria in Chelsea (New York.

    Truthfully I don't drink sweet alcoholic beverages much, I'm a beer guy. I made these for a BBQ I was having and they were a huge hit. I had to run out to the store to get more of the ingredients.

    I changed it to a ratio of 1-2 sugar to lime juice. Add a good amount of club soda if you want a long drink that won't knock you out. Serve with a straw. Very refreshing.
