    I used french vanilla ice cream because I had it in the house. Absolutely delicious!

    This recipe seemed simple but I felt like I was doing something wrong. I tried twice but came up with the same results. They taste chalky and as if something is missing. They are edible after refrigerating. But I still think they're too flaky for an Ice-cream sandwich. I haven't given up on Alex though!

    I just don't understand. I watch you a lot and some of your food looks so good but then I try the recipes and the recipes just do not come together. This cookie looked so easy and great for the ice cream sandwiches but they had to be thrown out. They tasted like chalk. What a waist of time and money for the ingredients.
