Awesome! Made this for a very large Thanksgiving dinner today and it received rave reviews around the room! I did do all of my chopping (except the apples the night before, which made it super easy to execute while making everything else. Moist, savory, perfect. I used mild Italian sausage which worked great too. Definitely would recommend this one!

This was fabulous! It was tasty and the flavors blended well with the turkey and other fixings this Thanksgiving. I'm not a very experienced cook, so all the breaking down of vegetables and the different stages of cooking was dificult for me and took a while, but it was well worth it.

Very good. We didn't have turnips, so we used rudabega and parsnips. Same difference. And we added cranberries. Outstanding dish. Savory, succulent, and moist. Really was enjoyed by all.
