    I made this salad, it turned out to be delish.. I could not find bibb lettuce in my store so I used romaine lettuce instead. It took forever to render the bacon but I have never done it before. The bacon came to be delicious. It was worth the wait. Im not a big fan of dijon mustard but this recipe was worth it. I will definately be making this salad again. Thanks Alex for a great recipe..

    Its basic but I love it, love the dressing, and the way you cook the bacon! Perfect will cook this way all the time now. will try other ingreds..to change it up. Alex love your new show

    Love this recipe as is and have tweaked for my personal taste as well. I used balsamic vinegar instead was awesome as well.
