    I tried this recipe and the salmon was moist on the inside and had that beautiful blackened well seasoned crust that I love.

    This recipe is wonderful. The spice combination is perfect and pairs very well with salmon. I will most definitely make this again and again.

    I love spicey food, but this was really hot...way too much cayenne pepper. Hubby couldn't even finish it. Perhaps cutting it in half would help.
