Its so good. I love cooked carrots, the fresh rosemary and coating of the oil. So darn good. You must try if you like carrots.

So darn good! Definitely less water is more...don't want to lose that delicious coating. Since I can't leave a recipe alone, I added just a little cardamom and was pleasantly surprised. I also didn't have any fresh rosemary so I finely crushed some of the dry stuff and it also worked out well.

I loved these carrots. Others I gave them to didn't, but I think one of the two didn't like carrots, and the other didn't like sweet flavors. So I'm discounting them, as I thought these were great and I like carrots and I like brown sugar, molasses, and butter. The green tops were a nice presentation touch, but I didn't taste them at all.

Monday morning...before work PST, there is NOTHING better for me than to sit down with a fresh hot latte and watch Alex's Day Off. Amazing. Like a breath of fresh air. She makes this look sooo easy. I watched the show this morning; made the carrots for dinner. They are sweet and savory with excellent depth. Easy to make! The flavors complement the carrots in a fresh way that is balanced, yet does not overpower the carrot flavor. Simple. Delicious. Really. I wasn't going to let anyone eat any of them eat them except for me . Honestly. Everything Alex makes is mesmerizing to me. She is so calm, so connected to the food. I did not know the name of Alex's restaurant was "Butter" when I picked my name. I do like butter. I am so delighted she won Iron Chef. So well deserved.

A great Thanksgiving side dish, and the molasses really gives the sweetness some depth.

Sorry Alex but these were horrible. I prepared them exactly as given. When they were finished I tasted them for seasoning and then threw them out. A major disappointment since I enjoy you very much and am rooting for you in Iron Chef. But then again everyone is entitled to a mistake now and then.

I watched the show today, and saw these carrots and made them for dinner tonight. It is absolutely delicious! I will make these carrots again and again, and I am going to try the glaze for my candied yams I make each Thanksgiving. Thank you Alex! Love your show and your judging on Chopped!

I've never enjoyed cooked carrots before, but these were quite tasty. I used baby carrots and didn't have any rosemary, but they were still really good. Even my picky kids ate them all up. Next time I'll definitely slice the carrots in half to reduce the amount of time it took to get them soft.

LOVE IT!!! I have made this several times each time with a little twist. I've learned to make a big recipe (1 whole bag 2lb carrots because they go really fast. I sometimes substitute the molasses with real maple syrup (not the pancake but realor I add a little bit of both. The rosemary I like but my family likes it better without. Don't forget the butter at the end as it brings it all together for an almost candied yam flavor.
