Winner, winner chicken dinner!. The best glazed carrots ever, and simple to make. Some glazes can be to runny, but this one is thick and really coats the carrots. I've thrown out all my other glazed carrots recipes. This is the ONE!
As a side note: The way Alex talks about food makes you want to embrace it. Thanks.

I made this with pancake syrup because I didn't have any molasses. It was really good. They tasted like sweet potatos to me.

So easy, so delicious! My first attempt at Thanksgiving dinner and I blew my guests away with this dish. I even have requests to make these carrots for Christmas. I love Alex's Day Off and can't wait to try some other recipes!

I really loved these carrots! At first I was hesitant to use all of the molasses because of its strong flavor, but with the brown sugar, the carrots just took on a whole new personality that we really enjoyed. Simple to make, low fat, and easy on the budget. What's not to like? :

I "tested" these tonight in anticipation of making them for Thanksgiving. Not only is the recipe simple to prepare, the carrots are delicious!! I will say this; it's imperative you cut all the carrots the same size or you'll have some cooked just right and some mushy. This is why I made it now! : But these will definately be on my table for Thanksgiving.

I was already planning on making steak and mashed potatos for Sunday dinner, then when I caught this episode yesterday morning I thought the carrots would be an excellent compliment. My husband LOVED them!!! I had baby carrots in the fridge so thats what I used. I also didnt have any rosemary and I ended up garnishing with actual parsley. Despite the deviations it was excellent! It was so easy (which side dishes should always be too. A new family staple for sure! I am a young new wife so easy delicious recipes are alwasys a total find!
