This was extremely easy and delcious! The carrots stayed nice and crisp. Not mushy at all.

LOVE Alex's show! She is the a natural cooking teacher.

Saw this today and made as a side to a store bought rotisserie chicken....Easy Sunday night dinner. The molasses is complex and sweet and the rosemary adds earthiness. Keeper...went right into my recipe box...may make for thanksgiving..Thanks Alex!!!

Very good and reliable. After reading the recipe on the web, we made it two ways: ON THE SPOT and ADVANCE PREP. We tried to get all prep done and stored in plastic bags in the fridge. When ready, we cooked per the recipe. Either way, good taste and texture.

I can't believe it. For years I have tried to make my Mom's candied carrots and now Alex has given me not only a great recipes but I learned what mistakies I was making.

    Love, Love, Love this recipe.

I have learned so much from Alex's new show. I loved the cooking loft but Alex's Day Off is even better.
