I had bag of cranberries left over, so tried this recipe which turned out fantastic! All spice and orange zest/juince were excluded as I didn't have them. I used lemon zest/juice instead of orange, still it worked well.

This sauce was fantastic! Due to other comments on the sugar, I cut the sugar in half. I did not have a cinnamon stick so I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon. I also did not have an orange handy, so I put in 2 ounces orange juice. It was also very easy to make.

Fantastic recipe. I modified to spices more to my taste and threw in a small handful of dried cranberries for tartness. But the recipe is a winner

Simply delicious. Just made it (slightly more orange, especially zest, and little cinnamon and it is awesome. Added a bit of ginger, so kill me.

Great recipe that a friend made for Thanksgiving. She altered it by reducing sugar, putting through food processor and then straining. I am making for Christmas dinner but would be great for poultry dishes all year long. I am going to leave half of it chunky, more like a relish and half I'm going to put in food processor and serve in divided dish. Enjoy!

This recipe was horrible! It was so sweet I thought my teeth were going to fall out. If you are going to make this recipe, scale the sugar WAY back!

Absolutely a great recipie. It was a perfect blend of cranberries and citrus. I like mine a little thicker, so a tablespoon of cornstarch did the trick. This will be my annual cranberry recipe for thanksgiving.

Made this recipe to accompany our Thanksgiving turkey, and I'll definitely make it again! I agree that it would be fine with less sugar. The orange juice adds sweetness and brightens the dish perfectly. The spices were just right! Can't wait to try it with pork and other poultry.
