Its good as is, however, the second time I made it I added a little brandy and it was delicious.

Hands down, the best cranberry sauce I've ever tasted. The berries had a really fresh, sweet, but not overly sweet taste. Also, I absolutely love cinnamon and allspice. I made it with chicken roasted with herbes de provence, roasted potatoes, and gravy. Delicious!

This was awesome! I got my grandchildren to eat cranberries! It is very sweet - it becomes almost cranberry jelly - this is not a bad thing! I used the leftovers in a dessert. Wow!

It was good but the Allspice just overwhelmed the sauce. I'm making it next time but with only a fraction of the Allspice the recipe calls for.

Made it with and without the allspice...it was great both ways. Didn't have stick cinnamon so I used 1/2 tsp ground.

Super easy and very delicious. I added extra orange juice. I did come out very liquidy. It didn't thicken up so I strained it and added back in a little of the liquid and had enough for a really great cranberry orange syrup. I will use in smoothies and drinks. Highly recommend it.

This was so simple and tasty. I didn't have any all spice on hand so I used cardamom instead. I plan on using this recipes for years to come

This is by far the best cranberry sauce recipe I have ever used! I was nervous about the amount of sugar in it, because of previous reviews, but it was just right. I made sure to use a full pound of cranberries. (1 1/3 pkgs. The orange juice and rind, along with the spices, cut the sweetness and gave the sauce a balanced and bright taste. My family loved it, and kept asking what was in it that made it different. They all wanted the recipe. Thanks, Alex!

It seemed as it would be great with turkey, as it was very flavorful, but I prefer my cranberry sauce alone. It was very sweet and the orange zest was overpowering to me. I will cut back on the zest (maybe 1 orange, the sugar (maybe 1.5 cups, and the spices if I make it again. I cooked it longer than the recipe states so there were less whole cranberries, but that is easy to adjust to your preference. Overall it was good and everyone seemed to like it.

Delicious! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, not 5, is I would use less sugar next time. Otherwise amazing!
