I had a choice of baby or huge jumbo squid so I took the baby. I cleaned many squid growing up and it was fun, but this time I felt like, why didn't I have the fish monger clean these for me? I would've loved the NORMAL sized squid for this dish. So I had everything EXCEPT the chili oil (ez to make on top and I did add yellow hot pepper rings. Delicious dish!

Wonderful!!!!!!! I had seem Alex prepare this recipe a few weeks ago, but didn't get a chance to make crispy squid. OMG this is a great recipe, easy to follow and tasted even better then my local fish house. The chili oil and celery bump it up. Thanks Alex for a great recipe. I will be
    making crispy squid more often.
