Very easy. Loved them. Ate them with ricotta, honey and different types of jam. Will defiantly make again. They rose nicely and were very yummy!

So easy to make & no special pan required! I messed up on my timing though. Had a pork loin in with them & it had to come out so they deflated a little. Next time I will make sure the oven is devoted to the popovers!

Very tasty which surprised me. Other pop-overs I have had were bland, but these could stand on their own, but were even better with the sauteed apples and/or the ricotta or both.... I'm thinking of trying a slightly sweet version of these next time.

Love these popovers but the recipe amounts are a little off. I could only make 10 instead of 12. Yummy, everyone loved them but next time I'm going to double this recipe too

Alex has sensible "down to earth" recipes that I would always enjoy cooking. However, trying to retrieve a recipe is not enjoyable. Every 3x5 card I try to print out is ALWAYS missing several important sentences, that I have to either fill in each time with a pen or completely retype the whole thing. I have an extensive recipe 3x5 recipe file and do not want to change to a 4x6 style. And, I've notice most of the 4x6 recipe cards are also missing important sentences. Consequently, I just become frustrated and don't print some of them out at all. It's such a shame. Doesn't anyone ever edit these recipes before they're put on the Food Network Site?

Recipe is quick and easy. Did not yeild much more than five popovers for my popover pan. I will try regular muffin pan next time. Also took an extra five minutes at the end. Will definitely use again. Maybe for a brunch.
