    These pickles are so easy to make which is a good thing because they get eaten so fast. Make plenty to eat now and some for later. They do get better and better in the frig.

    Very good very quick. She said her friend was coming over tonight. She made pickles and then ate them same day. I am glad to know the longer they sit the better they are but I never have any left.

    I watched this episode and copied all the directions. However, there was no mention of time to reach its peak,do you refrigerate or place in dark corner. How soon can you start to open and enjoy? If anyone has an answer, it would be much appreciated. My pickles are on the counter now. Thanks

    I have been searching for pickles like we had growing up in NJ. We called them new pickles. These are those pickles. I made them last weekend and cannot stop eating them. Added a couple whole garlic cloves to the brine and removed them before pouring over the cukes. Also added a few whole peppercorns to the jars along with the fresh dill. The BEST pickles I have had in such a long time. The longer they hang out in the fridge, the better they get!!

    Haven't tried these yet, and I just caught the end of the show. The recipe doesn't clarify how long it takes for the pickles to get done, but will do like the reviews say. Overnight and then refrigerate.
