Very nice! Fun to make and fun to eat. Pancakes great with the green onions and the sauce for dipping gives it all just the right bite. Thank you Alex!

Ok..the sauce was WAYY to salty and I'm not sure the measurments are right. It was mostly ginger and garlic and I had to keep adding extra ingredients to make it liquidy. The pancakes were also a disappointment..maybe I didn't make them thin enough but the insides were really dry and doughy. SO disappointed :(

I made this according to directions and liked it.
I'm not much of a baker, so now I just use biscuit dough and it's amazing.
This dressing is the BEST for so many things.
I happen to like it strong and use even more garlic and ginger.
    Amazing! :

The dipping sauce tasted overwhelmingly like sesame oil - I don' t think you need 2 tablespoons of the oil. The pancakes were crisp on the outside but mushy inside.
I tried Ming Tsai' s scallion pancake recipe and it was much tastier.

These were easy to make and SOOO good. My only recommendation is to definitely make sure the oil is hot enough so they brown quickly and remain soft (yet not raw in the center. Will definitely make these again.
