Watching the episode i see what looks like butternut squash it was cooked in the oven and then cooled. The yellow zucchini looks like it was just chopped and added with the celery. Recipe was unclear. Please help. Thanks

I just saw this episode on tv and an entire ingredient seems to have been left out of the recipe here--roasted butternut squash was a main component of this--where is it?

I just watched the show and I am interested in preparing more vegetarian meals. The recipe listed is incorrect as compared to the dish prepared on today's episode. The butternut squash should be added to the ingrediant list and should be used in place of the yellow zucchini. Also, two yellow zucchini are cut in half and then in half moon slices and added to the dish raw. I will be trying this dish soon. Does foodnetwork need another proof reader? I have experience editing cookbooks.

I just watched this episode and this recipe is not 100% accurate to the show. The recipe mentions 2 large zucchini diced. That is actually butternut squash. It also completely leaves out the yellow zucchini (I think it's also called summer squash. She cut two of them in half moon shapes and put them in raw. It looks amazing. I don't normally post when I haven't tried the recipe but I wanted to clarify those two things. I plan on making this soon.
